Celebrating more than 30 years of partnership!

For more than three decades, Trimergence has been honored to partner with Kimpton in delivering our overall system, including the Nine Doors^® and Conflict to Creativity^® programs to life across Kimpton culture. These tools became the foundation of Kimpton’s Cultural Cornerstones and were embraced by trainers and leaders across the organization with a beautiful and heartfelt dedication.

As of June 30, 2025, our license agreement for these programs and our formal relationship with Kimpton ended, therefore this site will now be retired.

We celebrate the incredible journey we’ve shared with you, including the many leaders and teams who carried our shared work forward with purpose and great results.

We wish that any of Trimergence materials you’ve downloaded over the years you will continue to use for your own personal reference and growth. However, we kindly ask that you to not distribute these materials, or use them to facilitate new trainings, given they are no longer covered by an active agreement with Kimpton.

Thank you for being part of this hugely meaningful chapter of life and work with us. It has been an absolute privilege to support yours as well as Kimpton’s amazing journey!
